The “Blog” module provides commentary or news on a particular subject such as food, politics, or local news; some can function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format that is an important part of many blogs.Features include commenting, rss feed, voting, and email notification of comments. You can have either a grid layout (below) for your blog, or you can have them in a listed style where one is ontop of another.

When adding a blog entry, you will want to do the following.

Step 1) Create blog entry title and add small introduction. You can add images to enhance the blog entry either here or in the next step. Once complete - Save

Step 2) After the page has refreshed, scroll to your latest blog entry (this will be the first entry to appear) and click on Manage Blog Content - this is where you will want to go to add the rest of your blog entry. (you can also edit the introduction here as well)

Step 3) Once you have added in the rest of the content you wish to add to this blog entry, click on the save button.

You have successfully entered your blog entry!

New Feature for the Blog module - if you do not wish to show your visitors who has posted the blog entry there is now a Hide Author check box. when checked off the person who posts the blog entry will not appear. If the checkbox is not checked off, the poster will appear as the administrator.
